Self Service Password Reset / Unlock Account

If you need to reset your password or unlock your account because it is locked, there a few ways to do this.

Under the IT tab on NuPortal is a link to Unlock your account OR reset your password. If there is an open computer to the homepage around, you can reset it from there.

Locked account and not onsite? No problem! Save this link to your phone or access from any computer and reset your password, or unlock your from anywhere: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/

You will need to sign up for this service by entering some secret questions / recovery email / Phone number beforehand.
